Pre-License

The Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensing course is designed to introduce students to the fundamental and practices of real estate, with a strong focus on brokerage law and practice. Upon completing the 75-hour pre-license course, students will be eligible to take the North Carolina State real estate license examination. The course aims to equip students with the knowledge skills needed to act as licensed real estate brokers in a way that prioritizes the public interest, while also preparing them for the licensing exam.
