The North Carolina Real Estate Pre-license Course is designed to prepare individuals for a career in real estate. This course covers topics such as property ownership contracts, financing, and real estate law. Upon completion of the course, students will be eligible take the North Carolina Real Estate Licensing Exam.
The three (3) North Carolina 30-hour post license courses are designed to provide real estate agents with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their career. These courses cover a range of topics, including agency relationships, contracts, license law, and more. In completing these courses, provisional brokers fulfill their post-licensing education requirements, become full brokers, and gain the expertise they need to excel in their field.
Continuing Education
Continuing education courses for NC Real Estate Brokers are designed to help you stay up-to-date with the industry trends and regulations. We offer both the General Update (GENUP) and Broker-In-Charge Updated (BICUP) 4 hour course as well as 4 electives.
Private Tutoring
Looking for one on one assistance to help you prepare for NC Real Estate Licensing Exam? Are you having trouble passing the State section of the exam and need a little help? Our experienced tutors will help you understand the material and provide you with the tools you need to succeed. (You must have already taken, and passed, the pre-licensing course to be eligible for tutoring. Tutoring does NOT take the place of the pre-licensing course.)
